Position Summary

This position is responsible for providing leadership and direction for the Fix-It-Now team. This includes organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling the activities of the FIN team. Also responsible for reinforcing safe work practices. Occasionally fills in for Facilities/FIN Team General Supervisor.

Essential Responsibilities

Provide supervisory oversight and complete daily work assignments including assignment of work, and pre-job briefs. Also includes completion and administration of Job Performance Reviews, observations and coaching.

Communicate and interact with Operations. Evaluate and prioritize work issues. Provide technical support and analysis, including SRO review and technical specification analysis.

Review of existing and new work orders for quality and accuracy. Review for technical acceptance of safety and non-safety related equipment.

Coach craft employees and communicate department expectations. Provide standards and ensure staffing levels to support FIN teamwork activities.

Minimum Requirements

8 years of plant experience and/or 8 years of nuclear experience preferred.

5 years of supervisory experience

Associates degree from a two-year college or technical school or bachelors degree from a four-year college or university preferred.

Senior Reactor Operator License preferred.

High-school diploma and general education degree required.

Non-Bargaining

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $92,300.00 to $130,567.00 per year
