Your role as a Warehouse Supervisor will allow you to serve staff and leaders and help provide creative solutions to drive CPCs short- and long-term goals. Essential Job Responsibilities Coordinate the flow of all raw materials and finished goods inventory between multiple sites and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure optimal warehouse utilization and efficiency, supporting both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure adherence to cycle counting program procedures, direct daily cycle count work as needed, and develop corrective actions regarding inventory accuracy. Lead day-to-day warehouse operations by providing adequate resources, work direction, and problem-solving to meet business goals within company policies and procedures. Recommend and implement changes to warehouse capabilities, material flow, information flow, and staffing to meet productivity, customer service levels, and revenue objectives. Collaborate with customer service to prioritize customer needs and execute plans. Verify that countermeasures and recovery plans are in place and effective for missed targets. Champion change and drive a culture of continuous improvement by involving employees in problem-solving and decision-making and recognizing exceptional work. Track performance using problem-solving methodology to determine root causes and develop countermeasures for missed targets. Ensure a clean and safe working environment, emphasizing the prevention of potential problems and hazardous conditions, and support the companys safety programs. Be highly visible to employees, promoting hands-on, high-involvement approaches to problem-solving. Ensure that standard work and processes are followed, meeting quality standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Management Responsibilities: Coach, develop, and mentor the team to meet current and future business needs with qualified and motivated individuals. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business code of conduct and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Conducts reviews with team members to build effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for performance improvement. Develops and facilitates on boarding and new hire training for assigned team. Builds team unity to encourage retention and continuity of operations. Other duties as assigned. Required Job Qualifications Associates degree in Business, Logistics or Engineering. At least 8 years of experience in a warehouse function. At least 4 years of experience in a warehouse leadership role. Strong interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or Engineering. Experience with Oracle Enterprise Planning Resources (EPR). Knowledge of continuous improvement with emphasis on was e reduction techniques using the Six Sigma tolls of 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, lead time reduction, and visual control management.
