Job Title: Order Picker

Job Description

In summary, the primary responsibility of this position is to pick parts from the warehouse for the production floor. Employees will move throughout the warehouse, predominantly on foot, to locate and retrieve the required parts. Once the parts are picked, they will be placed on carts, forklifts, or tuggers to facilitate transportation to the production floor. This enables the production team to seamlessly continue the assembly process and build units.

– Responsible for picking parts from the warehouse for production orders.
– Utilize a cart to navigate the shop floor while picking orders and organizing products.
– Assist the receiving team in checking and replenishing parts inventory.
– Operate a pallet jack to move materials safely and efficiently.
– Must be comfortable walking up to 5 miles or 10,000 steps per day.
– You will get trained/certified on a stand-up forklift (must be comfortable learning forklift, but does not mean you will operate one on a normal basis)

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Anoka, Minnesota.

Work Environment

Very clean environment. Extremely large company, they have three separate buildings in Anoka. Will be working in enclosures. This is a MANUFACTURING setting. Will be working in a large warehouse.

3rd Shift: 11:00pm to 07:00am (Sunday Night through Thursday Night)
– Pay: $21.00 an hour
– Currently openings

Saturday Overtime Working one Saturday a month (it is mandatory). They let everyone know well in advance, and occasionally cancel them
