What will you be doing?
Responsible for day to day maintenance tasks on properties-Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
Repair and replace water heaters, garage doors, lock changes, changing faucets, light fixtures, drywall, leak detection, lease inspections.
Prioritizing work orders, planning routes, scheduling with tenants, quality checks on vendor work.
What do you bring?
Positive, can-do attitude
Minimum 5years light HVAC, light electrical, and plumbing experience. Handy with tools.
Excellent communications skills and ability to prioritize and schedule workload.
Higher education than HS diploma-Bachelors Degree preferred.
Knowledge of Section 8 rental licensing preferred not required
CMMS Knowledge AppFolio or similar
Reliable transportation required-Truck or Van preferred.
Excellent time management, detail-oriented, professional customer focused approach at all times.
