I work as our Account Manager for General Mills and this posting is used to identify candidates who are interested in working

within the General Mills Nutritional Testing Lab at the Research Center in Minneapolis.

Vitamins Lab Technician

Laboratory Lead

A strong applicant would have a profile like this:

BS/BA Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nutrition, Environmental Science, or Related

6 months of lab experience from undergraduate coursework or industry/internships

Preference:

Candidates who have prior experience from a food or nutritional testing lab as an intern or full-time/part-time work
