Customer Service Rep

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring for a Remote Customer Service Representative . This job is work from home but we are looking for candidates who reside in Ontario, CA . Please reply with an updated resume for consideration.
Type: Five – month contract with opportunity for extension or full-time offer
Pay: $19 – $21.50 per hour based on experience
Shift/Hours: 8:30AM – 5PM PST Monday – Friday
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Rep:
· Making upward of 80 calls per day
· Speaking with healthcare providers and office staff regarding claims and authorizations
Qualifications for the Customer Service Rep:
· High school diploma / GED
· HMO background with claims processing knowledge
· Previous call center experience
· Ability to work in a fast pace environment
