Business Systems Analysis Advisor

A systems analysis advisor or business systems analyst evaluates an organizations business processes, and technological infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization. They work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data flows, and recommend solutions that align with the companys goals, often leading to increased efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced operational performance.
Responsibilities :
Participate in defining business requirements with business sponsors, TPO, and technology for new and modified business applications, products, or client requests.
Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost-effective application programming solution. May code new or modified programs, reuse existing code through the use of program development software alternatives, and/or integrate purchased solutions. Documents, tests, implements, and provides ongoing support for the applications.
Ability to influence and build strong relationships across the organization
Contribute innovative ideas and assist in designing a translation model compatible with various intake processes.
Focuses on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines.
Provides comprehensive consultationbetween the business unitand technologyat the highest technical level on all phases of application programming and processes for diverse development platforms, computing environments.
Apply Express Scripts project tools and methodologies (AGILE, JIRA) to advance business applications, products, or client requests.
Qualifications:
Must be able to adapt to a dynamic work environment and indirectly lead teams through changes positively
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrate ability to work cross-functionally with other departments to collaborate, facilitate, and resolve issues, and develop customized solutions to meet business requirements.
They must be able to explain technical concepts in laymans terms and effectively interact with various stakeholders.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and excellent organizational skills.Must have a strong customer service focus and be detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to manage multiple projects, prioritize work for self and others, and make independent decisions.
Demonstrate ability to learn and apply new technical tools and techniques to support business applications, products, or client requests.
SQL experience is a plus.
PBM experience a plus.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
