Hours: 12 pm 8 pm, Monday Friday Benefits of the warehouse lead: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Tuition reimbursement plan available through the company after hire 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Company-paid lunches occasionally Company-provided clothing a few times per year Overtime available during peak season Paid holidays Paid sick days Duties of the warehouse lead: Supervise and lead warehouse associates in daily operations Operate a sit-down propane forklift and ensure safety compliance Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and ERP systems for data management Oversee loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipments and generating BOLs Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to maintain workflow efficiency Lead efforts to ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and productivity Lift up to 100 lbs. multiple times per hour and manage heavy loads using pallet jacks Handle less than 3% travel between different sites as required Requirements of the warehouse lead: High School Diploma required Valid Driver s License Have reliable transportation for occasional site travel Previous warehouse lead experience and ERP system knowledge Ability to work Saturdays and overtime during peak seasons Obtain HAZWOPER certification after hire Additional Information: Apply today!
