Overview
We are looking for a Culinary Director for Ebenezers newest managed senior living community in Hermantown, MN- The Pillars of Hermantown! The Culinary Director is responsible for overseeing all dining services operations, ensuring meals are prepared and presented in accordance with applicable regulations, meeting Assisted Living/Memory Care resident expectations and supervising staff (culinary assistants, cook/chef).
This full-time positon includes:
80 hours per two weeks
Day shift; weekends as needed

The Pillars of Hermantown is Ebenezers newest managed senior living community in northern Minnesota, near Duluth and will offer Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care options with 105 total apartments near major crossroads and amongst beautiful scenary. Responsibilities/Job Description
Plans and manages all aspects of dining services operations
Food preparation
Hires and supervises dining staff
Promotes positive resident relations and satisfaction
Menu planning, Budgeting and financial goals
Qualifications
Required:
Three to Five years previous experience in similar environment
Performance Management skills and experience
Food Manager Certification required
