Location : Sioux Falls, SD
Pay Rate : $25 – $35 per hour
Job Description :
We are seeking skilled Structural Welders to join our dynamic team in Sioux Falls, SD. In this role, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating structures for various commercial projects. Your expertise will support the construction and maintenance of structural components, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform welding tasks using various welding techniques, particularly arc welding.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to accurately follow construction plans.
Assemble and weld structural components and assemblies.
Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Comply with all safety procedures and regulations.
Collaborate with other team members and trades to complete projects on time.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Certified Welder (CW) credentials preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in structural welding, especially in commercial projects.
Proficiency with various welding equipment and processes (MIG, TIG, Stick).
Strong understanding of welding symbols and blueprints.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
