Summary: Assists in managing Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Centers diversity communication strategy, co-manages core diversity relationships and initiatives, and supports the director in developing processes and procedures for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Office. Develops and administers DEI and career development training programs, fosters strong working relationships with internal departments, and maintains strong community contacts. Works closely with Human Resources, Creative Services, Marketing, Health Disparities, and Community Development in the management of select diversity projects from start to finish; participates in task forces and committees. Assists in leading selective diversity initiatives, develops creative recommendations to support organizational diversity efforts, track and report progress, and provides leadership to the DEI office staff. Develops and manages content for the Roswell Park DEI webpage, RP internal I2 page, and social media platforms; visits various departments frequently to engage with teams and leaders on DEI topics and events. Salary range is $100,845 to $127,474.

Qualifications:Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion – Any, Required Education and Experience
1. Masters degree and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time experience in Human Resources or Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), or Organizational Development (OD) including one (1) year of experience in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity and one (1) year of experience in Title VII investigations; or
2. Bachelors degree and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time experience in Human Resources or Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), or Organizational Development (OD) including one (1) year of experience in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity and one (1) year of experience in Title VII investigations; or
3. Associates degree and the equivalent of eight (8) years of full-time experience in Human Resources or Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), or Organizational Development (OD) including one (1) year of experience in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity and one (1) year of experience in Title VII investigations.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
