Job Title: Quality Control Inspector 2

Location: 6380 E Holmes Road, Memphis TN 38141

Shift: 600am-300pm (M-F)

Pay Rate: 16.50-17.00 Per hour

Job Description

Perform visual inspection of electronic card and sub-assemblies, and systems or units to ensure that all products meet established specifications for reliability and workmanship. Utilize gages, templates, and other manufacturing aids to ensure that all products meet established specifications for reliability and workmanship. Ensure that all required process operations have been performed on the product being inspected. Enter and upload all quality data in or from the appropriate electronic or manual systems. Notify appropriate personnel (Production Supervisor, Line Lead, Quality Engineer) if unusual product defects are identified or if process yields fall below acceptable levels. Tag any non-conforming product to visually segregate from finished good products. Provide timely feedback to manufacturing if non-conforming products are identified.
