IT BSA

Job Description

We are looking to staff a BA for two of our Digital squads: Product Evaluation and User Services. The PE squad manages the customer facing aspects of the PDP (Product Details Page) across all of our brands and regions, as well as supports 3rd party tools within. User Services manages the back end APIs for our experience (front end) account squads that own Sign In/Join, Account pages, and Loyalty.

Pay: $40-$45/hr.

Skills and Requirements

Sr Level BA who is a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with experience in agile methodologies

 Prior experience in the retail industry with cross-functional teams, or other fast-paced environments prone to quickly changing

 Prior ecommerce experience/exposure

 Strong core skills:facilitation, communication, requirements gathering/documentation, organization

 Familiarity with using Features, User Stories, and Given/When/Then practices for documentation, including Story Mapping and breaking down work into consumable chunks for the development team

 Technical knowledge a plus

 Tools: JIRA, Confluence,Mural, Microsoft 365 Retail
