Off-Shift Batch Operator

Seeking 2nd and 3rd shift Batch Operators

Pay: $20-$24 depending on experience with 7% shift premium

Job Description:

This position is responsible for safely and effectively operating the plant equipment to ensure the products manufactured meet the quality and quantity standards set by the organization. Operates equipment following SOP’s and Supervision instructions. Completes required documentation as required completely and neatly. Adjusts equipment and process settings to ensure that production is performed per SOP and instructions. Inspects and maintains the equipment to ensure safety and proper processing. Performs routine analytical testing as required to properly control the process. Completes daily shift production logs. You will be running fermentation, making adjustments as needed, completing batch records, running sterilizations, and completing different processes, such as product granulation.

Work Environment:

Bio-Medical Manufacturing Plant. Work in cold to hot temperatures; work around dust, fumes, and/or moderate to loud noises (/- 85 decibels). Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions. Work with heavy machinery in manufacturing environment, including driving a forklift. Able to lift, pull, carry, and pick-up average to heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

2nd Shift: 2pm-10:30pm

3rd Shift: 10pm-6:30am
