Provides support to run analytical methods necessary for the characterization and release of the drug substance and drug product

Conducts various experiments, primarily HPLC and GC, but may include water content, dissolution testing, and residual solvents

Performs set up and analyzing stability samples of development and clinical supplies

Develops analytical methods

Documentation and reporting of results

Bachelors in Chemistry with 6 years of relevant experience; or, Masters degree in Chemistry with a minimum of 1 year of industry experience

Experience conducting HPLC, GC, and dissolution experiments

US Industry experience with HPLC 

Experience with Empower software

Experience with analytical method development

Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and training 

Ability to work with beta-lactams including cephalosporins and penicillins

Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Kalamazoo, MI are encouraged to apply

Position is full-time, first shift, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
