Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and audit data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability

Perform in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, metrics, and KPIs

Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization

Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis

Write and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure best practices are being followed

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

1-2 years working as a Data Analyst or in a similar role preferred

Skills and Qualifications:

Familiarity with data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL

Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience working with Chargebacks, Payments, or Fraud is a plus

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year – $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the roles location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
