Job Title: Distribution Operator

Job Description

On a geographic and pre-scheduled basis, perform routine maintenance and cleaning of sewer collection lines using Jet-Rodder/Vactor machines; run hose-up collection line; operate water pressure controls; and ensure debris is removed from sewer lines.

Inspect sewer lines before and after cleaning; attach video equipment to reel and insert into the manhole and collection lines; view surveillance videos from inside video van and assess the interior condition of lines.

Operate construction equipment in connection with the maintenance of sewer collection facilities, including dump truck, front-end loader, and backhoe; use a jackhammer to break up cement.

This is a fully on-site position in Rancho Cucamonga, California.

Work Environment

Outdoor field environment; travel from site to site; exposure to noise, dust, grease, smoke, fumes, noxious odors, gases, vibrations, bacteria, viruses, and all types of weather and temperature conditions; exposure to hazardous traffic conditions; work in or around water; work and or walk on various types of surfaces including slippery or uneven surfaces and rough terrain.
