The IT Finance Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects associated with various business initiatives simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and internal and external project team members and stakeholders are kept updated on project plan status. This position manages issues demanding management attention and decisions needed by other project teams. It serves as primary conduit and facilitator of day-to-day communication between project team, related project teams, internal customers, and partners and vendors. The PM should provide objective examination and evaluation of project-related activities and develop and implement constructive resolutions to improve compliance, controls and efficiencies while balancing risk and cost.

Meets with business line owners and subject matter experts to capture project management needs and clarify specific requirements of each project.

Leads planning, scheduling, and supervision of assigned projects to ensure progress against the goals and objectives, prioritizing to meet deadlines

Develops comprehensive project plans to be shared internally and externally with the project team, and serves as primary liaison between all teams involved and other supporting staff.

Tracks, compiles, and coordinates project related updates; tracks project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Professionally communicates scope, purpose, and conclusions, both verbally and in writing, and ensures decisions or changes that need to be made are documented, communicated, and escalated as necessary.

Meets budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.

Documents business systems and processes using narratives and/or flowcharting techniques.

Analyzes information and evaluates results to solve problems and recommend solutions.

Address ad-hoc issues related to projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

BA/BS in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience

Needs strong financial background & D365 experience

Strong Interpersonal Skills to work with a wide array of stakeholders

Ability to apply practical application to project management frameworks and approaches

Ability to drive results through effective project management

Ability to use time effectively keeping focus on process improvement and organizational needs

Ability to collaborate and communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, distilling technical language into business language. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to work with a wide array of stakeholders

The ability to objectively analyze, evaluate, and track project progress with accuracy

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and exhibit a sense of urgency

The ability to make quick, effective decisions to resolve problems or navigate challenges, preferably within a technology and/or manufacturing environment

Ability to foster collaborative working relationships and influence management at all levels

Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and information with accuracy

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project

Ability to work independently or on a team
