Minimum Qualifications
The applicant must be a high school graduate or have equivalent efficiencies. Post-secondary education is also preferred.
A minimum of 6 months of related supervisory/management experience.
Must pass a general workplace background
Must pass a DMV MVR check and a Salvation Army driving test.
Must complete Protecting the Mission – child safety
Must possess a valid Drivers License and be a minimum of 21 years

Position Summary
The Red Kettle Coordinator is a temporary/seasonal position that will function under the direction of the corps officer and in collaboration with business and finance staff. This position is key to the coordination of all Red Kettle Campaign activities. While not all aspects of the campaign effort will be the direct responsibility of the kettle coordinator, the following outlines primary areas of responsibility.
Serve as the primary point of contact and resource for Register to Ring.
Facilitate the registration process for volunteers through Register to Ring.
Confirm, schedule and coordinate volunteers (both individuals and groups) through R2R and through phone calls.
Coordinate equipment retrieval and delivery for volunteer groups and paid bell ringers.
Collaborate with Temp Agency to recruit, train, process, schedule and supervise bell ringers.
Facilitate an orientation process for both paid bell ringers and volunteers.
Report hours to Temp Agency.
Prepare and coordinate driver routes every day according to the schedule and needs.
Schedule drivers daily and effectively communicate scope of work for drivers according to route needs.
Report driver hours into UKG for payroll.
Provide excellent customer service skills to the public including store personne
