What you’ll do

Reinsurance Support will provide administrative support to the Reinsurance Department.

In this role, you’ll also:

Email notifications and large claim alerts to reinsurance carriers

Download specialty prescription invoices and save to clients’ folder

Maintain specialty prescription listing

Prepare letters and summaries to send with EOR’s & checks to funding department

Close tickets for stop loss filings which have been fully reimbursed by the carriers

Maintain carrier refund log, send refund checks to carrier with cover letters

Preparing monthly aggregate projections

Review and update all reinsurance support workflow documentation

Track and maintain a log of completed reinsurance support tasks for inclusion in quarterly department dashboards

Assist reinsurance analysts, supervisor and director with any assigned tasks/projects

What you bring

High School Diploma or equivalent education

Two or more years’ experience in an office environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
