Summary You will serve as a FLEET AND FAMILY READINESS OVERSIGHT MORALE WELFARE AND RECREATION DIRECTOR of NAVAL WEAPONS STATION EARLE. Responsibilities You will direct, coordinate, or oversee work of subordinate supervisors or team leaders or contractors You will hear and resolve employee complaints, refers group grievances and more serious unresolved complaints to higher level management. You will assure reasonable equity of performance standards and rating techniques are applied You will conduct performance evaluations and selects candidates for vacant positions You will plan, prepare, execute and monitor the business management policies and procedures of MWR and other FFR programs as required You will develop and implement new and advanced business operations techniques and methods to optimize the achievement of goals while simultaneously balancing the application of resources Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Planning, preparing, executing, and monitoring business management policies and procedures for programs. 2) Establishing performance standards for subordinates and evaluating their performance in meeting those standards. 3) Exercising significant responsibility in dealing with other units or organization officials or advising higher ranking management officials.
