Servers are responsible for serving residents and guest meals in a friendly, service-oriented manner. The server records and inputs into the POS system beverage and food orders delivers and serves food, ensures exceptional guest service. Our customers look forward to interacting and sharing their day with our knowledgeable, friendly servers!

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.

All positions require weekday and weekend availability.

We are hosting a Hiring Event at our Seabrook campus (3000 Essex Rd, Tinton Falls, NJ) on Tuesday 9/17 from 2-6PM. We are hiring Servers, Catering Server, Dining Associate, Dishwasher, Line Cooks ($1,000 Sign-On Bonus offered through 9/30) , and Prep Cook ($500 Sign-On Bonus offered through 9/30).

Become a subject matter expert on menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods

Engage our residents and their guests by sharing daily menu highlights and offering recommendations; based on knowing their preferences

Consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience.

What you will need:

Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred.
