Job Summary
The administrative assistant position will provide key administrative support and clerical supervision to the department and perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities.
Essential Functions
Provides direct administrative support including but not limited to phone coverage, calendar management, expense reporting, and paper routing/tracking.
Handle business travel and hotel reservations.
Coordinate executive meetings, telephone conference calls and departmental meetings as well as meetings with external parties.
Prepare simple to detailed presentations for internal and external use.
Coordinate special projects, project tracking and project document management.
