What youll be doing…

As a Temporary Delivery Driver – Assistant Technician youll be sorting packages, loading company vehicles and delivering the packaged equipment to customers. Join our team to make a difference, because when all is said and done, better matters.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Loading and delivering materials, supplies, tools and equipment.

Connecting wires and cables to terminals and attaching various kinds of hardware to wires, cables or buildings.

Performing splicing operations in connection with the installation and rearrangement of building. Wire splicing for cable, wire, fiber, and coax, terminals on spare or inactive conductors.

Traveling to work locations by driving Company vehicle.

Unloading, maintaining and delivering inventory equipment.

Contacting customers face-to-face to notify them of work being performed on their lines and when service is restored.

What were looking for…

You like to be busy and well-organized to stay on top of things. You know that the whole team needs to work together to win-and you take pride in a job well done.

Youll need to have:

Valid state drivers license with a satisfactory driving record.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:

A related Associate Degree or 2 or more years of relevant work experience.
