Job Title: Precast Specialist

Job Description

Conduct comprehensive inspections of precast concrete components during production, pre-pour, and final product stages. Witness concrete repairs and document them to ensure adherence to approved repair procedures. Perform routine and non-routine tests on precast concrete products, including sampling cylinders, fresh properties, strength, and any other required tests. Implement and oversee testing protocols, ensuring compliance with ACI ASTM standards. Develop and maintain inspection documentation and daily reports. Calibrate equipment regularly to ensure accuracy.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Norfolk, Virginia.

Work Environment

Outdoors, M-S, 12-hour days, 2 weeks on day shift, 2 weeks on night shift, working in all weather conditions.
