Position: 1:1 Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
MUST HOLD AN ACTIVE RBT LICENSE TO BE CONSIDERED.
Hi, I’m Taylor from Amergis! We’re seeking a dedicated RBT to work 1:1 with a student at a high-performing charter school. This role offers weekly pay, a beautiful facility, and a small caseload focused on one student. You’ll have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on an 8-year-old girl’s life, mentoring and guiding her behavior. Join us and be a part of something truly meaningful!
Pay Rate: $22 – $24 per hour
Details:
Location: K-8 Charter School located just outside of Matthews, NC
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Start Date: October 21
Hours: 7:55 AM – 3:55 PM
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 behavior support to an 8-year-old girl in a self-contained class.
Collaborate with a virtual BCBA for supervision and guidance.
Requirements:
Active RBT license.
Strong background in behavior support, preferably in a 1:1 setting.
Experience working with children with intellectual disabilities.
Previous school experience preferred but not required.
