Responsible for inspection and adjustment of tires (data or physical) in Global Complaint System for tires submitted for warranty return.

The Tire Adjustment Process Incudes:

Comprehensive knowledge of the EOTC – “Example of Technical Conditions” catalog

Handling of tires in the inspection process

Knowledge of customer requirements

Use a fork-lift to move pallets

Virtual complaint adjustment process

Recall processing

Manage paperwork and ensure closure of complaints

Meet Service Center KPI’s

Assist in other functions as needed

BASIC:

High School diploma or equivalent

Warehousing, Manufacturing or Warranty related experience

Fork-lift experience

Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Able to repetitively lift 70lbs

Relocation is not offered

PREFERRED:

Basic experience using Microsoft Office and SAP

Bachelors degree

Warranty related experience
