Associate Project/Program Facilitator (IT-OT)

Overview

Savannah River Mission Completion, LLC (SRMC) is seeking an Associate Project/Program Facilitator (IT-OT) to be based in our Aiken, SC location on the Savannah River Site

This Associate Project/Program Facilitator will work in the in the Information Technology – Operations Technology (IT-OT) organization. They will facilitate ongoing initiatives, project work streams, program development and serves as liaison between work teams, project management, project team, and line management to expedite the execution of work.

Responsibilities

Acts as work stream support for multiple IT-OT innovation initiatives, program development, project activities, and serves as point of contact for activities within the scope of IT-OT Programs and Innovation organization. Frequently interfaces with other facility groups and departments including mid/upper management.

Coordinates to completion IT-OT innovation initiatives and program development activities including support of scope, schedule, cost tracking, staffing reviews and resource assignments as required to successfully complete the project and program work stream.

Contributes the development of overall IT-OT project and programs scope including technical requirements, materials, equipment, and resources. Aids in preparation and maintenance of detailed scope documentation for project and program work stream modifications.

Maintains an awareness of IT-OT scheduled project and program work and drives the IT-OT schedules, resources, and paperwork to task readiness and coordinates the planning and deployment through to completion.

Collaborates and assists the IT-OT project and program team in status, integration, or other meetings.

Reviews standard documents necessary to expedite work prior to submitting for approval including planning documents, design packages, new IT-OT program guides, and associated training.

Contributes to the integration of IT-OT innovation initiatives, and project schedule activities into the facility scheduling programs (i.e. POW, POD, IPT, and long-range planning).

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; or

High school diploma/GED and secondary education/experience relevant to the jobs function

Preferred Qualifications

Introductory Project Management Institute certification

Conceptual understanding of facility processes, systems, and equipment.

General knowledge of project and program scheduling and cost tracking

Knowledge of schedules and schedule integration including support resources required to accomplish tasks.

Basic knowledge of Work Breakdown Structure and Risk Management guidelines related to cost, scope, and schedule.

USD $53,000.00/Yr.
