Mini Mall Storage is hiring for Maintenance.   

Tenant turnover is the best time to assess your storage units condition and refresh them. Start with a thorough cleaning of the entire unit.

Empty any abandoned belongings, trash, or debris.

Sweep, mop, scrub floors, wipe down walls, doors, and corners, remove any visible dirt or grime.             

Wash and inspect doors.                                                  

Inspect gates, locks, and security/alarm systems.             

Remove pests.     

Inspect siding and roofs.                                               

Check climate control functioning.                                     

Test lighting systems.                                                       

Sweep, mop interior hallways.
