DUTIES:                              Intelligrated Services LLC is seeking an Sr. Program Specialist for our Mason, OH location. Supply project planning, fiscal responsibility and serve as the central point of communication to the customer. Provide leadership of the project team covering the planning and coordination, scheduling, financial and cost management, contract administration and customer communications, deliverables and relationships of an assigned project. Ensure the project is completed on time, at margin, with complete customer satisfaction. Direct project team consisting of functional project engineers, site manager and commissioning engineer. Prepare, publish, distribute and maintain a project schedule with milestones for all disciplines and customer constraints. Execute contract as sold. Facilitate project scope changes and clarify and mitigate contract issues. Ensure up to date and accurate financial picture of their project which includes cost incurred, cost forecasting and payment. Create and maintain project records, Archives proper files for retention. Ensure smooth and consistent communication and exchanges of data between Customers, Project Team Members, vendors, Management and/or sales team. Prepare a concise and thorough commissioning plan, cut in plans and acceptance test, managing commissioning activities of Project Team Members and ensures customer Project acceptance. Join the sales team during the proposal stages of a project. Ensure Safety Standards are met or exceeded throughout the life cycle of their project.

REQUIREMENTS:           Qualified applicants must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in a project management or leadership role. In the alternative, employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field, and two (2) years of experience in a project management or leadership role. Must possess full term of experience in the following: supply chain management or distribution systems experience; Material Handling industry experience; expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, Access and SharePoint; knowledge of IT and financial systems (Sales Force, SAP, Oracle, etc.); and expertise in PMIS systems like Cora, MS Project . Up to 40% domestic/international travel required. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.

OTHER:                               Job Site: Mason, OH. 40 hours/week; $108,264/year. If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
