ABOUT THE ROLE

Location: Remote – Michigan residents

Do you have auto dealership experience and a background in warranty administration or insurance claims? Are you interested in working from home? This could be a fantastic opportunity for you!

As a remote Warranty Support Specialist at Morley, youll use your customer service expertise to help automotive dealerships handle warranty claims from start to finish.

What Youll Do

– Counsel service managers
– Identify improvements by analyzing expense and frequency trends
– Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

Required Skills

– Self-motivated, passionate professional who is enthusiastic, energetic and teamwork-oriented

Eligibility Requirements

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Experience in warranty administration and/or insurance claims
– Automotive dealership experience (service department and/or warranty administration preferred)
– Ability to work shifts within the centers hours of operation:
– Monday – Friday
– 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time
– No weekends or late shifts!
– Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive

Remote Work Requirements

– Michigan resident 
– High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
– Secluded and distraction-free work environment
