Landscaper

Position Overview: This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in both landscaping and hardscaping. We are willing to train the right candidate who shows a strong willingness to learn and a passion for outdoor work. The position is full-time from April through November, with part-time or as-needed responsibilities for snow removal during the winter months (November – May).

Responsibilities:

– Perform a variety of landscaping tasks including planting, mulching, lawn care, and maintenance.

– Assist with hardscaping projects such as installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features.

– Operate and maintain landscaping and hardscaping equipment safely and efficiently.

– Follow project plans and specifications to ensure high-quality results.

– Assist with snow removal tasks during the winter season, including shoveling, plowing, and salting as needed.

– Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols.

– Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

– Basic knowledge of landscaping and hardscaping principles is a plus, but not mandatory.
– Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
– Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
– Availability to work part-time or as needed for snow removal during the winter months.
