Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $17 – $19 / hour

What youll be doing as a Assistant Manager:

The ARM supports the Restaurant General Manager in managing the daily operations of a single restaurant, training, performance, and profitability.

At the store level, the ARM operates under the direction of the RGM and directly manages a team of Hourly Shift Leads and Team Members.

All management must have a passion for hospitality and customer service, as well as a strong understanding of restaurant operations.

Job requirements:

Positive, adaptable, and guest orientated

A minimum of one-year fast food (QSR) management

Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting items

Strong communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, early mornings, and holidays

Will certify the right candidate

Background Check Required
