Job Title: Assisted Living and Memory Care Unit Staff

We are hiring for the following part-time shifts:

10:00pm-6:30am

6:00am-2:30pm

Responsibilities:

Provide Daily Assistance: Assist residents in our Assisted Living Facility with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Specialized Care: Care for residents with advanced dementia in our specialized Memory Care Unit, demonstrating empathy and understanding in managing their unique needs.

Prioritize Resident Well-being: Prioritize the well-being and safety of residents, promoting a supportive and caring environment throughout their daily routines.

Maintain Attendance and Reliability: Demonstrate excellent attendance and reliability in fulfilling scheduled shifts, contributing to a consistent and dependable care team.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in senior care or related fields preferred.

Compassionate and patient demeanor with a dedication to providing quality care.

Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in caregiving is a plus.
