JOB REQUIREMENTS: Company At Berco, we produce mission critical
undercarriages for mining, construction, forestry and agriculture
machinery. Together with our customers, we create long lasting solutions
by combining know-how in design, forging, heat treatment, machining and
assembling. We provide undercarriage components to OEMs(Original
Equipment Manufacturers) for the first fit of the machines as well as
the service parts to OEMs and to the independent Aftermarket. Your
responsibilities Berco of America, Inc. seeks a Controller in Waukesha,
Wisconsin. Duties: Establish and maintain policies, procedures and
practices relating to the management of all accounting related functions
including cost accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit
policies, billing, general ledger, and fixed asset accounting; prepare
reports for upper management, Board of Directors and Head of
Controlling; perform Cost Management and maintain inventory records;
prepare Budget and estimations, and manage company cash flow; assist
other departments with cost analysis and potential cost savings
projects; present main company KPIs to management; perform financial
closing activities using SAP on a monthly basis and at the end of the
fiscal year; issue invoices to customers daily and troubleshoot
processing errors; process credit and debit memos and manage customer
accounts (pricing, debits, credits, and collections); perform treasury
management, including incoming and outgoing cash, and vendor management;
manage SAP entries, procedures, and workflow for automated processes
(SAP Modules FI and CO); enter accounts payable invoices and perform
EDI/ASN invoicing through customer portals; and manage container files
for shipments received. Your profile Requirements: Bachelor degree in
Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or closely related field
of study, or foreign equivalent degree. Must have 2 years of work
experience in an Accounting or Controlling position, or in a related
financial role with an OEM. Must have 2 years of work experience with
each of the following: manage and oversee companys balance sheet and
cashflow, to meet companys targets; working with SAP FI and CO
modules, and accounting, logistic, warehouse, and costing processes;
creating and providing reports for upper management; creating budget and
estimation for KPIs, based on company standards; and coordinating with
