Job Title: Project Architect

Job Description

Develop conceptual, presentation, and technical drawings for all phases of project documentation

Adhere to budget and schedule constraints

Plan and program layout of projects

Demonstrate knowledge of industry standards of architectural design, detailing, IBC building codes, and basic MEP systems

Assist in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications

Communicate with clients

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Architecture

Registered architect or ability to become registered within 2 years

3 years experience as an architectural designer
