connecting lives and sharing life by providing lifesaving blood and
blood components to local hospital patients. With a team of passionate,
mission-driven individuals, CBC works closely with the community to
ensure a reliable blood supply is available by collecting blood
components, processing and testing units in CBCs state-of-the-art
laboratory, and distributing blood to meet the transfusion needs of
hospitals and patients. CBC is eager to see its team succeed both

CBC headquarters is located in Appleton, Wisconsin. Donor center
locations in Wisconsin include Appleton, Oshkosh, Little Chute, and
Woodruff. A donor center in Chicago, IL and Green Bay, WI will open in
2024. Mobile blood drive operations occur throughout Wisconsin, Northern
Illinois, and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Every 2 seconds, someone
in the U.S. needs blood, and that need is present right here in our
community. CBC supplies all blood and blood components to over 40
hospitals throughout the Midwest. By joining CBC, you play an

for the Call Center Representative position is someone who is
thoughtful, passionate, and has great customer service skills.
Hours:Part-time position, 16 hours/week, Monday – Friday, Afternoon and
Evening Shifts until 8pm. Saturdays 8am-1pm RESPONSIBILITIES Making
outbound calls to previous donors to schedule them for appointments (no
cold calling) Answering inbound phone calls Meeting related goals &
metrics in a “sales” related environment Providing a high level of
customer service and a positive experience for our donors Working in a
professional, small call center environment Inspiring others to help
save lives in our community Bringing enthusiasm and passion into their
