Youth Direct Support Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Assist individuals with daily living activities such
as bathing, making meals, toileting, administering medication, and
transportation, while following their individualized support plans.
Support youth in a variety of settings and plan recreational activities.
Follow established menus and dietary restrictions, while maintaining
adequate food/supplies. Encourage personal growth and development.
OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must pass background
checks pursuant to the Wisconsin Caregivers Background Check Law and
WI DCF 56 licensing requirements. Be mentally and physically capable of
assisting participants based on their needs. A strong passion for
helping others with mental and physical disabilities. Ability to make
decisions in emergency situations or day to day crisis management.
