Our Talent Advisor is accountable for:

Manage and execute strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance

Execute programs that drive redeployment/retention, skill improvement, and efficient communication.

Actively inform Talent of safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates

As talent issues arise, make sure resolution occurs in a timely and professional manner

Based on feedback and engagement scores, drive for and execute process improvements as directed

Maintain balancing operational efficiency and delivering the highest quality services to meet the customer needs

Essential Skills:

Experience with time keeping software required

Proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices such as on-boarding, off-boarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language

Ability to actively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships

Results-Oriented, hardworking, sense of urgency and have strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment

Ability to professionally communicate effectively with multiple levels of management and employees

Seeking minimum 2 years of employee management, supervisory or team lead role onsite at a client location required

This position is for an In-House Temp/contract at the client facility

Shift: Mon – Fri – Must be flexible from 7:00am – 8:00pm – schedule can change depending on client needs – employee will have advance notice of schedule change/needs

Hourly Pay Rate: $24.00 – $27.00/hr.
