Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Motor Mechanic/Assembler for our team. You will inspect, dismantle, and reassemble large AC and DC industrial motors or wind generators up to 10,000 HP. The role includes operating overhead cranes safely and handling weights up to 75 lbs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical or electrical experience, including recent graduates. You will work on varied tasks and not repetitive line assembly. Candidates will be trained on the job and should be looking for a long-term career.

Hard Skills

Experience with AC and DC electric motors

Operating overhead cranes

Safely lifting and maneuvering up to 75 lbs

Using hand tools and power tools

Blueprint reading

Electro-mechanical assembly

Troubleshooting

Testing coils, armatures, stators, rotors, and field coils

Measuring and recording machined parts

Assembling and testing rotating machines
