Clinical Concierge- MA/LVN

We’re looking for Medical Assistants or Licensed Vocational Nurses who have a deep commitment to quality and compassionate care to join our Urgent Care team.

We’re beyond excited to introduce Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care. With centers open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 365 days a year, little or no wait times and ability for most patients to leave with medication in hand, our goal is to offer an easy, convenient and affordable option for the care our patients need.

Location: 1225 E Belt Line Rd Ste 200, Richardson, TX 75081

Works hours: Full-Time, 3-12-hour shifts a week, 7:45 AM – 8:15 PM

What you’ll do:

· Be our “clinical concierge” providing outstanding customer service as you guide our patients and visitors through their entire experience in the Urgent Care Clinic

· Be a vital member of the care team assisting with clinical functions including front and back-office duties and working closely with the provider and other clinical team members

· This position will float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations.

What you’ll need:

· H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required And

· Other Successful completion of a Medical Assistant education program Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the completion of a Medical Assistant education program Required or Other Successful completion of a Vocational Nurse program Required .

· 6 months of Previous health care facility clinical experience as a LVN, MA, CNA, or other patient care experience or completion of an internal THR MA externship training program in lieu of experience Required .

· Previous experience with electronic health record preferred.

· BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support maintained every 2 years and required prior to providing independent patient care Upon Hire Required .

· Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the completion of a Medical Assistant education program Req or LVN – Licensed Vocational Nurse State of Texas, if LVN Upon Hire Required .
