## Position Overview

The general role of the QA/QC Manager is to assist the ongoing efforts of the Contract Management Group to provide support and guidance for Field Service Operations. This role will work to ensure the quality of the Companys work to meet required standards while working in conjunction with other Contract Managers, as well as other Field Service Division staff. The QA/QC Manager must have a thorough understanding of all aspects of Quality Control management and must be proficient with the products and services provided by Field Services, with the goal of establishing Beitzel Corporation as an industry leader in all areas. The QA/QC Manager must be available during normal working hours and after-hours and weekends to answer calls as needed.

## What Youll Do

Job Duties:This position is responsible for the following duties to include but not limited to:

– Further develop, implement, manage, and oversee, through the CM Department, a QA/QC system for all Field Services projects
– Develop and implement a Quality Training program for Field Services office and field staff
– Work with each FS Division to establish group specific QA/QC inspection forms and procedures and assist with implementation
– Ensure quality documentation and records are being maintained in Procore by the PM/CM teams
– Ensure projects are in compliance with approved source of supply requirements. (i.e., approved submittals are in place and purchased materials conform along with supporting docs)
– Establish quality inspection hold points, as required, for projects. (i.e., schedule of required 3rd party inspections and ensure compliance)
– Assist the CM/PM teams with identifying project close out documentation requirements and ensuring such documents are being obtained and stored in Procore as projects progress
– Provide FS management with statistical data and reports on QA/QC metrics. (Ideally using collected data from Procore)
– Analyze data to develop corrective actions for continued improvement of our processes, controls, and systems
– Conduct an annual Quality audit and provide a report to management
– Participate in ongoing training in the use of CAD programs to aid in take-offs, volume calculations and exhibit/documentation analysis/creation

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to:

– Sit, talk, hear, read, write, and type
– The employee is regularly required to walk, lift, stoop; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms
– The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
– Utilize PPE, Hard hat, reflective vest, safety glasses, steel toe and other as required

## What Youll Bring

– 5 years experience in QA/QC management preferred
– Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferred
– Must have the ability to problem-solve and to determine solutions for customer
– Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
– Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail
– Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
– Valid drivers license
