[HPC has an opening for a highly motivatedJanitorlocated inVirginia.The successful candidate will provide exceptional cleaning services for various Military Recruiting Offices throughout Virginia (Virginia Beach, Richmond, Hampton and Yorktown). The candidate will work onsite and report directly and responsively to HPC.

– Report to work at the prescribed time to fulfill the job requirements, for the duration of the shift.
– Responsible for monitoring inventory and ordering supplies.
– Responsible for keeping accurate records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation including monthly janitorial checklists.
– Ensure all performance standards are met for each and every service.
– Communicate external quality assurance with HPC Management Staff only.
– Perform a variety of janitorial tasks to maintain clean and safe buildings and grounds to include but not limited to Sweeping, Mopping, Vacuuming, Emptying Trash, Cleaning Restrooms, High/Low Dusting, and Window Cleaning.

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Minimum, 2-3 years of experience in the care and cleaning of buildings.

Must have experience Buffing, Waxing, Stripping, and Carpet Shampooing.

Must have ability to use time app, complete necessary checklists, inventory and provide other data.
