Responsibilities

The right candidate will have:

4-year degree in Manufacturing and/or Industrial Engineering preferred and/or minimum of 5 years manufacturing production supervision experience

Understanding of Automotive TS 16949 / AS 9100 preferred

Commitment to excellence in attitude, work ethic and continuous improvement

Ability to evaluate and assess talent skills and align those strengths where needed

Must demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and effective communication skills

Our Production Supervisor will:

Be accountable for safety culture and adherence to PFC polices on shift

Supervise production while assessing process capability, process capacity, and production costs and personnel skills

Maintain adherence to production schedule, product quality procedures

Maintain TS16949 standards using Control Plans, FMEAs and operating policies.

Participate in continuous improvement plans to increase production efficiencies. Initiate and implement corrective actions for tooling or equipment deficiencies.

Complete Preventive Maintenance procedures maintaining equipment cleanliness and production readiness.

Monitor for and communicate inventory levels and WIP.

Complete all shift reports/ summaries before end of shift including test analysis, inspection data and shift runoffs.
