Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Service Writers for projects located in the Plant City, FL area . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $22/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Service Writer eager to master your skills alongside other accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

Interact with customers

Listen to their questions & concerns to provide timely responses

Educate clients about the companys products, services, and offers

Schedule appointments

Take orders

Monitor service progress

Calculate charges, and process payments

Review customer accounts and report changes to internal staff

Manage complaints, returns, and resolve customer grievances

Record customer details, and transactions

Obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival

Test drive vehicle with customer

Confirm problem or refer to test technician
