Wells Fargo is seeking an Affluent/Premier Client Experience leader for Consumer, Small and Business Banking (CSBB) who will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to attract and retain affluent clients in Wells Fargo Premier to drive business growth and ensure we deliver a seamless end-to-end client experience.

In this role, you will:

Strategic Planning: lead the development of comprehensive strategies to create and execute against a holistic Premier experience for our affluent clients, leveraging data, insights, and customer feedback to design and execute a end-to-end program that elevates their experience.

Customer Insights: create a holistic view of our affluent clients and premier bankers feedback to inform strategy development and decision-making.

Marketing & Branding: Work closely with marketing teams to create targeted marketing campaigns, digital capabilities and messaging that resonate with affluent clients in the promotion of our various events and experiences.

WIM Partnership: partner with WIM on client experiences, event strategy and various engagement options to create a holistic Premier experience.

Product Partner engagement: Work closely with product partners and business lines to enhance the Premier client experience.

Digital engagement: Partner with digital teams to build engaging digital platforms and user experiences to enhance the overall Premier client experience.

Lead business development strategies for the Affluent/Premier client experience requiring in-depth evaluation

Support various Business Growth Strategy projects to maximize growth opportunities and minimize expenses

Provide vision, direction, and expertise within Business Growth Strategy functional area to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business strategies that enhance companywide finance and growth

Collaborate with all levels of professionals and managers companywide and serve as an advisor to leadership within Business Growth Strategy functional area

Required Qualifications:

7 years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge and understanding of affluent clients and the expected client experience

Proven track record of successful customer experience transformation(s) across a large financial institution while meeting risk and control standards

Demonstrated business strategic planning and execution leadership experience ensuring the organization, at all levels, and is aligned with the vision and objectives

Proven success achieving objectives requiring a high level of engagement and cooperation from people in other parts of the organization, with and through a matrixed environment

Excellent problem solving skills to identify root cause improvement opportunities, as well as designing approaches/programs to address those issues.

Strong analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions, turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives and create executive level communications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas in a straight forward, concise and understandable manner

Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Job Expectations:

This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time .

Salary Range:

New York: $120,400-$287,600 annually

Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 – $287,600.00
