In this role, you will:
Support Relationship Manager to attract, develop, grow, and retain client relationships within the Mid-Corporate segment. Deepen and elevate relationship management skillset by understanding the needs and priorities of prospects and clients
Understand the needs of financial decision makers including responsive and proactive communication, strategic thinking, managing expectations, and using thoughtful lines of questioning to create productive feedback loops
Participate in the structuring, modification, and renewal of complex cash flow, real estate loans, and certain other industry specific solutions within Commercial Banking by analyzing financials, presenting to clients, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and partnering with senior peers to execute more complex transactions
Ability to offer the full suite of Wells Fargos solutions to meet multi-faceted needs by thoughtfully engaging product organizations, developing client specific coverage plans, leveraging a solid understanding of industry landscapes, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions
Independently lead or resolve complex initiatives and guide team to meet deliverables within the Commercial Banking Relationship Management group while leveraging a solid understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and meeting compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to navigate Wells Fargos processes, escalate client inquiries when needed, and identifying and recommending opportunities for process improvements and risk control enhancements; may lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced colleagues
Utilize and excel at relevant systems, dashboards and platform tools to drive data based decisioning and strategy including relationship planning
Engage Business Development Representatives in sourcing new Commercial Banking clients, by cultivating relationships through existing networks
Serve as a culture carrier in the business adhering to Wells Fargo Vision and Values and representing Wells Fargo in the marketplace
Assist Mid Corp RM and/or product partners with preparation of client data/info, creation of pitch books and other marketing materials, and/or development of presentation materials for client meetings and/or internal discussions
Support execution of client calls by conducting pre-call planning, recording call notes, and coordinating post-call debrief sessions
Initiate regular touchpoints with Mid-Corp RM to review and discuss portfolio, active opportunities, and pending deliverables needing completion; manage action items to completion
Distribute regular earnings calls and investor preparation summaries
Raise topics from calls with partners to identify opportunities across the portfolio
Coordinate with Credit Team on timely completion of screening and annual review memos, while also supporting Mid Corp RM with financial and credit analysis
Present recommendations for growing and maintaining a portfolio of profitable clients
Identify prospective opportunities and oversee non-credit products to new or existing customers
Develop client relationships whenever possible
Assist with client support actions including account openings, overdraft approvals, and service team coordination
Take ownership and assist with client related administrative/operational functions addressing customer issues and problems
Identify tasks and/or deliverables where ownership should be routed to a specific team and/or individual especially from a risk, compliance, product, and/or efficiency perspective.
Coordinate and ensure appropriate resolution on various Treasury Management and/or customer service requests and approvals
Seeks to grow the business across all Commercial Banking Client Coverage segments while demonstrating awareness of stated key performance indicators (KPIs)
Engages with Global Treasury Management, Credit Solutions, and other key partners across the Enterprise to drive successful client acquisition, retention, and growth
Represents Wells Fargo in the marketplace through active in-person and/or social media engagement and visibility in the local business and non-profit community
Adhere to disciplined sales practices expected in Commercial Banking Market Coverage consistent with the Code of Ethics
Required Qualifications:
5 years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 – $217,200.00
