Lead Business Execution Consultant (Communications Specialist for Change Management)

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant (Communications Specialist for Change Management) to support the Home Lending Change Management organization to create impactful communications for training, employee engagement, and critical portfolio initiatives.
This role is responsible for developing tailored communications and plans to fully engage, inform, and inspire targeted audiences – using a variety of channels and tactics. This employee will be part of a team responsible for creating, delivering, and managing strategic training and communications for the entire Home Lending Change Management portfolio.
Working across Home Lending Change Management, this role will leverage their knowledge of the change management framework and associated change/technology releases to develop creative communications that enable the change community – and a variety of roles across Home Lending – to fully understand and embrace process changes and programs.
In this role, you will:
Develop clear, engaging, and informative written and visual communications that support Home Lending Change Management initiatives
Plan, curate, and manage content and design for communications spanning internal ePublications (newsletters), targeted emails, and large-scale meetings
Partner with colleagues and key stakeholders to craft messaging that effectively educates and informs targeted audiences, for a variety of initiatives and projects
Convert complex information and processes into easy-to-understand, streamlined, creative communications
Transform in-depth information into creative visuals (infographics, etc.) and quick-hit content that drives audience engagement
Understand audience at hand and develop communication tactics and approaches that will most effectively inform employees on critical topics
Develop strong communication plans that keep key stakeholders informed
Gather feedback from stakeholders and leaders, adjusting communication content as needed to ensure desired outcomes are met
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with related Home Lending Change Management programs
Leverage industry expertise to apply impactful trends in communication and employe engagement to continuously improve effectiveness of content
Leverage brand guidelines to deliver exceptional content that aligns with enterprise style and visual standards
Manage and coordinate email distribution processes related to communication projects
Architect and manage easy-to-navigate communication content libraries
Leverage SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft applications to manage communications
Required Qualifications:
5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5 years of business communication experience, or equivalent, demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience creating communications and project plans for a variety of audiences
Experience with change related to Home Lending business systems, tools and processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented
Strong editorial capabilities
Proven ability to manage projects with deadlines, while maintaining high-quality
Strong aptitude for technology
Agile methodology knowledge
Job Expectations:
This position requires compliance with all mortgages regulatory requirements and Wells Fargos compliance policies related to these requirements. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
