Job Title: Operations Assistant
Job Description
Assisting Operations Manager with day-to-day tasks.
Work with management to ensure administrative tasks are completed to keep the company running smoothly.
Provide excellent customer service.
Assist with providing safety program.
Organization and management of warehouse facilities.
Scheduling and receiving shipments.
Documenting shipments received and corresponding paperwork.
Tracking orders placed.
Working with computer program to upload documentation of orders placed, tracking information of orders, and documentation of orders received.
Taking inventory of stock items and ordering office supplies as needed.
Tracking maintenance of company vehicles and relaying maintenance issues to Operations Manager, as well as scheduling appointments for maintenance on vehicles with approval from management.
Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to Operations Manager.
Comfortable with working with hand tools and equipment, such as forklift.
Able to analyze problems/situations and provide solutions.
