Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Job Description

The Quality Control (QC) Technician is a key component in ensuring compliance with GMP/SQF standards. The QC Technician will be responsible for routine and non-routine viscosity testing, environmental testing, pre-operation checklists, equipment verification and validation. Additional responsibilities include implementing corrective actions, holding non-conforming materials, and controlling raw materials.

The role also involves maintaining the lab, following good lab practices, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment as a quality assurance technician. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand and walk frequently through a manufacturing environment, and possess basic math, written, and verbal communication skills are essential. The candidate must be able to work independently and communicate effectively between departments.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Hazelwood, Missouri.

Work Environment

60% lab-based work / 40% on the manufacturing floor.
